What it costs

Know your fare before you park

Rates are set by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation and printed on every board. Park4Me never adds anything on top.

  • Car ₹10 an hour, 7 am to 10 pm
  • Two wheeler ₹5 an hour, 7 am to 10 pm
  • Night ₹30, 10 pm to 7 am
  • Monthly night pass ₹900, no paper sticker

Pay safely

This is the only board to scan

  • Yellow board, KMC mark, bay number. The QR is etched into metal, never a sticker. A pasted QR is a scam.
  • Check the payee before you pay. Your UPI app shows the KMC parking account, never a person's name.
  • Ask the marshal in uniform. They wear a KMC badge and ID card. Paid in cash? You still get an SMS receipt.

Questions, answered

Do I need to download an app?

No. Scan the QR on the board and pay in your browser at pay.park4me.in. The app is optional.

What if I leave before my time is up?

End your session from the app or the SMS link and the unused balance is refunded to your UPI account.

What if I am running late?

You get a 10 minute grace period, plus SMS reminders at 30 and 15 minutes so you can extend from anywhere.

Can I pay in cash?

Yes. Pay the uniformed bay marshal and you still get an e receipt by SMS for the exact amount.

Who sets the rates?

The Kolkata Municipal Corporation. You pay exactly the rate printed on the board, nothing extra.

What happens to my number plate data?

It is used only to run your parking session and send receipts, and kept for a limited time in line with the DPDP Act.
